The force that is Arizto began 7 years ago & the company has rapidly grown to have over 200 agents throughout New Zealand. Our local team has 22 residential sales agents making us the largest residential team in Rotorua.

Many of the stages of selling and buying are conducted online (in person and on paper options are available too for those who aren't online), providing streamlined, user friendly real estate transactions.

​​Our fee is 2% plus GST (over $500,000), a $650.00 plus GST admin fee (paid at sale) and $1,049.00 incl GST for Platinum Trademe (paid at sale) marketing package. If your house does not sell there is no cost to you. More detail is below.​

Low Fees
Its low, no one can argue with that but how is the company able to charge such a low fee when other companies charge anywhere from 3% to 4%?

Arizto was formed around remote working environments. Sales people work from home, managers and admin staff are limited in numbers and marketing staff are contractors. This allows the company to operate with very low overheads.
​
Why would anyone want to pay a higher fee when a lot of that fee goes straight to the corporate. It goes towards running the offices, paying managers and paying for company marketing.

Arizto have the right thinking - keep costs down, keep fees down and provide a quality, user friendly and effective service.
Online Platform
When you list with Arizto you will receive a login for our online platform. Here you will find everything to do with your listings and you can access real time updates and messages.

This is also where you will complete the agency agreement to list your property, where all negotiations will be recorded and where you electronically sign sale and purchase agreements. This means that wherever you are in the world, you can sell your house with ease.
​
I know that not everyone is capable of working online and, for those people, I still offer a traditional sit down, paper service. I will even sit down with you to help you with the online process.

Real estate is all about people, it is about building relationships and whilst Arizto has an amazing online platform, I will still talk to you on the phone and catch up in person.
