About Me
Hello, my name is Kathryn McAlonan and I work alongside Arizto Real estate, selling residential property in Rotorua. I partnered with Arizto Real Estate because they stepped away from the traditional daylight robbery real estate model. I am also able to offer a second to none user experience (in addition to my own skills!) through our online systems.
My property journey started 17 years ago and I have owned both owner occupied and rental properties.
Building relationships and creating positive interactions are at the forefront of how I work with people. I take the time to understand people’s motivations and I believe that close collaboration between vendor/s and myself is the key to successful transactions.
I stand within the top 20 nationwide of Arizto’s most active agents, featuring regularly in our month-on-month top 10 achievers. I was awarded runner up top sales for the Bay of Plenty in 2023.
